This unique space underwent a full gut remodel all the way down to the studs in 2017. Brand new plumbing, electrical, roofing and HVAC systems. Each kitchen was well reconfigured and offer brand new cabinets, new appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. Each unit offers 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, providing plenty of comfortable living space. Under new ownership as of 2025, we are adding many upgrades to each of the units, removing any and all carpet flooring and transitioning to all LVP throughout these spacious and beautiful units. We are also adding many updated and modern cosmetic upgrades along the way. Brand new asphalt pavement throughout parking area with assigned parking as well as plenty additional parking for guests. We have recently installed modern camera surveillance system to provide additional safety features to the back parking lot as well as common areas.

Attend a Panthers game or a concert at Bank of America Stadium or explore the sights of beautiful Uptown Charlotte. There are many options for dining with each restaurant offering mouth-watering bites to eat. Visit one of the many museums to enjoy fine art or take the kids to the Discovery Place which offers hands on activities. Other hotspots to visit with the family while staying in Charlotte is Ray's Splash Planet, Big Air Trampoline Park and ImaginOn: The Joe & Joan Martin Center. Each unit can be furnished, or you are welcome to bring your own. Washer and dryer located in each unit. We are pet-friendly and welcome you to bring your four-legged companions with you. We provide a 24/7 maintenance service in case of emergencies. Each unit has its own parking spot with plenty of additional parking as needed. Keyless entry locks provide convenience for you when checking in and out. We also have wi-fi available with the duration of your stay.
